Prices would exclude breakfast; we have to declare it is not possible to exclude price changes or misprints! Prices would submit our reservation and canceling policy such as the general terms and conditions of business. With your reservation you declare that you agree to our reservation and canceling policy, to the general terms and conditions of business and to the house order.More detailed price-informations you would find under “list of prices” or under book now (here you may book while being informed about the availability). In case you have any kind of special wish or if you want to do a group booking (3 rooms or more), please use the form “reservation request” or “group reservation request”.

• Rooms can only be booked “complete”.

• Prices per Person per Night, incl. all Taxes.

• Prices are not valid for Special dates.

• Additional fee of 10 % for only one night stays.

• Children pay until their 10 th birthday for an extra bed (same room, if from the booked room category possible) Eur 4,– per night.

• Free stay for children in the bed of the parents until the 5 th birthday!

.) Ask for special offers for longer stays (one week or longer) in the months January until April or November.p>

We need to calculate following surcharges:
.) In general + 10 % for only one night stay.
.) Fridays and Saturdays and also Holidays and the day before: + 15 %. If you stay longer than 3 nights this surcharges will not be calculated.

price information: All prices mentioned including all taxes and in EUR. All prices are exclusive breakfast!

Check-out is between 10:00 and 11.00 o'clock. The check in is possible from 7:30 o'clock to midnight. The rooms are ready for occupation at latest at 15.00. With pleasure you can use in the interim our luggage checkroom. Also the Internet-info access, the lounge and the guest kitchen are ready to be used.

Please, announce already with the reservation your arrival time. Should nobody be in the reception for a short time, pliease ring in the bell next to the entrance door. A speech connection is built up - please a little patience. We can open the door with distance to you. Wait please a few minutes in the lobby for us, for our coming to greet you personally. You can reach us of course also by telephone under 0043-699-19232769.

Cancelation terms: If you have booked and you cannot come for what reason ever, nevertheless, you can cancel up to 5 calender days before your arrival absolutely free of charge - a short phone call or a small mail is sufficient. Should you cancell till 12 o'clock at noon of the day before the journey we calculate a cancellation fee of a day rent, afterwards two day rents. Should you not have to come without refusal we, unfortunately, need to charge the whole rent. Same also counts of course, if you didn’t appear without cancelling.

Group reservations: Our house is particularly suited because of the great position, the advantageous prices and many possibilities for groups. We had the luck to be allowed to accommodate already many contented travel groups. Please, note that we need a deposit for travel groups (from 6 persons) and the reservation becomes also effective only with entrance of this deposit on our account. So the cancellation terms mentioned on top also do not count.
